Younce & Moore, L.L.P. was founded in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1986. 

Charles P. Younce practiced for 22 years as legal counsel for a Fortune 500 company.  His legal responsibilities at the multi-state corporation included acquisitions and mergers, real estate development, advising manufacturing plants in multiple areas, and all kinds of commercial litigation.

Charles entered the private practice of law in 1986 with the predecessor of the Younce & Moore firm, with a focus on business and commercial law, construction law, water intrusion and mold, personal injury, business fraud, homeowners association law, litigation in all these areas, and mediation and arbitration.  Charles Younce is a state-certified mediator and is a member of the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association.

Before coming to Younce & Moore, Larry Moore practiced for 21 years as a litigator with one of Greensboro’s largest law firms, Adams, Kleemeier, Hagan, Hannah & Fouts.  Larry has broad experience in complex litigation in State and Federal trial and appellate courts, with emphasis on products liability law, aviation law, personal injury cases, construction litigation and commercial disputes.  He especially enjoys cases with engineering or medical issues including traumatic brain injury cases.  Larry is certified as a North Carolina Superior Court mediator.
